Refurbishments

Equipment refurbishment varies based on the condition of the unit. Common items may include:

​

  • Overall cleaning and inspection for cosmetic damage

  • replacing worn-out components such as:

    • gaskets and hoses

    • blower motors and bearings

    • compressor

    • duct heater

    • humidifier heater

    • inlet air filter

    • water gauge

    • refrigerant filter/dryer

    • refrigerant hi/lo gauges

  • checking for missing parts and burned-out indicator lights

  • recharging the refrigerant

  • checking for refrigerant and water leaks

  • conducting performance test complete with charts for each new unit
